Buying & Product Selection

Simple guidance for choosing nappies, nappy pants, ranges and sizes for your little one.

What’s the difference between nappies and nappy pants?

Nappies fasten at the sides, so they’re easy to change while your baby is lying down. Nappy pants pull on like undies and can be quicker for wriggly, crawling or walking bubs. Both are designed for everyday comfort and leak protection—the best choice depends on your baby’s stage and your changing routine.

What’s the difference between Air Comfort, Ultimate Comfort and Magic Comfort?

The main difference between the three ranges is their intended use and level of comfort:

  • Air Comfort: Lightweight, ultra-thin and breathable, making it ideal for everyday and daytime wear.
  • Ultimate Comfort: Designed specifically for overnight protection, with a high-capacity dual absorbent core that provides enhanced absorption and moisture retention to help keep your baby dry throughout the night.
  • Magic Comfort: AIWIBI’s premium flagship range, combining exceptional softness with fast absorption, breathability and reliable leak protection. It’s ideal for parents looking for the highest level of comfort and overall performance.

In short: choose Air Comfort for lightweight everyday wear, Ultimate Comfort for reliable overnight protection, and Magic Comfort for a premium, ultra-soft experience.

Which range is best for daytime, overnight, warm Australian weather or active babies?

Choose Air Comfort for everyday wear, Ultimate Comfort for longer stretches or overnight use, and Magic Comfort for a premium, ultra-soft experience. All AIWIBI nappies sold in Australia feature unique absorbent core technology, providing a slim, lightweight fit without compromising on performance. Their breathable design helps reduce heat and stuffiness, keeping your baby fresh and comfortable in Australia’s warm climate.

How do I choose a size based on weight and body shape?

Use your baby’s weight as the starting point, then check the fit around the waist and thighs. You should be able to slide one or two fingers under the waistband, with no deep red marks or gaps. Babies of the same weight can have different builds, so fit matters as much as the number on the pack. See our Size Guide for full measurements.

What if my baby is between two sizes?

If both sizes are within the recommended weight range, choose based on fit. If your baby has a typical body shape and the current size feels comfortable, without tightness, marks, or leaks, you can continue using the current size. size up if the tabs are hard to fasten, the waistband sits low, or you’re seeing frequent leaks or blowouts.

Are Aiwibi nappies and nappy pants unisex?

Yes. Aiwibi nappies and nappy pants are designed for babies of any gender. Choose by weight, body shape, absorbency needs and fit rather than gender.

Are your products fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin?

All AIWIBI nappies are dermatologically tested and certified by Dermatest in Germany. They are hypoallergenic, gentle on sensitive skin, and free from chlorine bleaching, fragrances, lotions, parabens, and phthalates.
